Maren Morris' Pregnancy Hormones Are Making Her Emotional In Hilarious Ways

Maren Morris is sharing a hilarious pregnancy updated with fans. The country star turned to social media the other day, revealing how her hormones have been making her extra emotional in some unique and unexpected ways.

"Third Trimester Hormone Update: My nail lady said 'your face doesn’t even look that fat' and I genuinely teared up I was so touched," Morris tweeted.

Morris and her husband Ryan Hurd are expecting a baby boy in March or April. Since announcing the pregnancy in October, Morris had kept fans updated on her journey and the physical changes she's going through.

The singer has showed off her baby bump at several concerts, on the red carpet at award shows, and throughsocial media posts. Earlier in November, the "Girl" singer shared a sweet video of her baby "waving" at her in a sonogram. "That was a real thing," she said at the time. "It wasn't animated!

Hurd is already confident that Morris will be a great mom to the couple's first born child. "She's able to fully concentrate on becoming a mom for the first time," he previously told People. "She's going to be great."

While Hurd seems confident in his wife's motherly ability, he does admit that he's not exactly sure what to expect as fatherhood approaches. To help prepare for the baby, the singer has reached out to friend who are already parents for advice.

"They’re sharing stuff from their experience, and I’m trying to wrap my head around that," Hurd says before adding that he also hopes to get some help from family. "My parents live in Nashville and they have their nursery already set up before we do," he shares.

With the help of friends and family, these two will catch on to the "parenting thing" real quick. Stay tuned for more baby updates to come from Morris and Hurd as the due date gets closer.
